- What this all about?

        We are group of IT contractors who offer a robust experience and refined expertise in installing, administering, securing and supporting Windows server technologies. 

We are targeting on small to middle size companies and customers that do not have their own IT staff on board.


- What process is followed in resolving server problem?

        After the subscription has been processed you provide us with the RDP access to your Windows server (this includes opening RDP port to our IP address and providing us with the corresponding Windows credentials).

The first time we connect to your server we shall provide you with the accurate information on the subject of server consistency and known issues state. If there any issues we offer you various resolving steps on your choice.

When Initial issues are solved we keep connecting to your server on a weekly basis and check that everything is going smoothly there.
